Change is best summoned through new lived experiences; in a therapy session with me, you may work with a variety of co-therapists including nature, your own body or ketamine. In this way, you’ll learn to decipher the messages of your heart, unearth some of the unconscious patterns that have been running behind the scenes, and claim the life you desire. Above all, you’ll learn the essential skills of befriending the unknown and accepting the invitation to wake up to your own aliveness.
